Bodoland Territorial Council Grassroots Sports Talent Mission
Identify and nurture grassroots sporting talent through talent scouting, training academies, equipment provision and competition exposure across all Bodoland Territorial Council districts.
Why This Project?
The Need
Bodoland Territorial Council has enormous untapped sporting talent, particularly in football, athletics and indigenous sports. However, there is no systematic talent identification system, coaching infrastructure is minimal, equipment is scarce, and competition exposure is limited.
The Intervention
The Bodoland Territorial Council Grassroots Sports Talent Mission creates a systematic talent identification and development pipeline. Through district-level talent scouting, block-level training centres, equipment provision, coaching support and competition exposure, the mission aims to transform Bodoland Territorial Council into a sports talent hub.
The Impact
Athlete tracking. Competition results. Community sports participation surveys.
